The Form Fitness 6 week REFORM Challenge is well underway. Inbody Scans are done and 6 week goals have been written down and placed on a whiteboard in the gym.
If you never write down and materialise your goals then how do you know if you didn’t accomplish them? It’s easy to shoot that thought to the back of your head or pretend it was never there.

The Reform challengers goals are anonymously on display and our collective mindset is we have already achieved these goals. “Your mind must arrive at your destination before your body does”.
